PBNA $25.90 / hour

Position Overview: This role involves delivering products to stores along established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and interacting with store management.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds multiple times a day, as well as reaching, squatting, and bending in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
2. Operate trucks with an appropriate CDL license, including maneuvering in tight spaces.
3. Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
4. Merchandise, rotate, and maintain store displays to company standards.
5. Use equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to move products.
6. Build positive relationships with store contacts.
7. Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
8. Maintain reliable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years or older.
2. Pass drug and physical tests.
3. Hold a valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (with specific regional considerations).
4. Pass DOT physical and road test.
5. Follow DOT regulations.

Helpful Experience:

1. Operating trucks with a valid CDL.
2. Delivering directly to stores.
3. Merchandising and store display setup.
4. Operating handheld computers and warehouse equipment.
5. Working in warehouse environments.
