No CDL required. Independent routes with dispatch support and a local operations team ensure steady work and community focus. Ideal candidates may have no prior delivery experience, as paid training prepares you for loading, navigation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Be able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable with an active position involving walking, lifting, carrying, and frequent vehicle entry and exit.
• Be comfortable driving a delivery van for extended periods.
• Be able to work outdoors in varying Minnesota weather conditions.
• Be dependable and punctual with reliable attendance.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing an assigned delivery route.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers throughout Lauderdale and surrounding areas.
• Load, sort, and organize packages before beginning your assigned route.
• Use GPS navigation and delivery technology to locate and complete scheduled stops.
• Follow traffic laws, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Perform required vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Lift, carry, push, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.
• Handle customer packages carefully and complete deliveries accurately.
• Respect customer property.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and operations throughout your route.
• Request assistance whenever route or delivery support is required.
• Report delays or delivery issues when necessary.
• Safely drive in changing Minnesota weather and road conditions.
• Complete assigned delivery routes safely, accurately, and efficiently.
