Retail Delivery Driver in Dallas, TX (Willowbrook Rd)

Starting Pay $17.00 per hour

This position is for a Full Time Day Shift scheduled within store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

As a Retail Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company out in the public by providing outstanding customer service while delivering products to customers at construction and residential sites, businesses, and contractor locations using a PPG company vehicle daily.

Assist customers by answering color questions and recommending additional products to make their jobs easier.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver paint and supplies to customers and job sites
• Load and unload vehicle while matching products to customer paperwork with accuracy
• Perform pre/post trip inspections on PPG delivery vehicle
• Complete delivery paperwork promptly, utilize vehicle technology, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Maintain PPG high service standards during store interactions and deliveries to ensure customer issues are resolved
• Support store operations by providing customer support, tinting and mixing paint, stocking, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Complete mandatory safety training and wear protective gear during job tasks
• Report to the Store Manager

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license in the current state with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and a stable job history
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
