Job summary

Above and Beyond Delivery, Inc. in Prescott Valley is seeking a Delivery Driver for local B2B deliveries across Prescott and Prescott Valley. You will operate an extended high-roof Sprinter van on designated routes, using mobile tech for routing and documentation, and ensuring safety and on-time performance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in Arizona heat, and maintaining professional conduct with customers and teammates. Paid onboarding, PTO, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old due to insurance requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Experience driving commercial vehicles, box trucks, or similar (preferred).
• Comfortable using mobile apps, electronic routing tools, and email.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and physically demanding conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work independently and follow structured processes.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, lift, and transport packages throughout the shift.
• Use company issued mobile technology for routing, updates, and documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain delivery accuracy and on-time performance.
• Represent Above and Beyond Delivery with professionalism at all customer locations.

Job Description:

As a Delivery Driver, you will operate an extended high roof Sprinter van to complete local business-to-business deliveries across the Prescott and Prescott Valley metro area. You'll be assigned designated routes, provided reliable equipment, and supported with modern in-truck technology to help you work safely and efficiently. Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely and professionally operate an extended high-roof Sprinter van on assigned local routes
• Complete scheduled business-to-business pickups and deliveries throughout Prescott and Prescott Valley area
• Load, unload, lift, and transport packages consistently throughout the shift
• Use company issued mobile technology for routing, updates, and documentation
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain delivery accuracy and on-time performance
• Represent Above and Beyond Delivery with professionalism at all customer locations
• Communicate delays, route issues, equipment concerns, or heat related fatigue promptly
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and professional
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT/insurance requirements

Work Schedule

• Local routes - home daily
• Routed schedules
• Set start times
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on volume

Training & Support

• Paid onboarding and training
• Coaching on route procedures, lifting techniques, and heat management
• Supportive management with regular check-ins during the early weeks
