R.E. Michel Company is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers in Owings Mills, MD to join our team. You will safely operate delivery trucks, load and unload products, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining professionalism.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Branch Manager. Preferred candidates read maps, communicate effectively, and can read invoices and product descriptions. A valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a DOT card, and a clean driving record are

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT physical card upon hire.
• Satisfactory, safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate, load, and unload delivery trucks.
• Deliver products to customer locations efficiently and on time.
• Maintain vehicles with proper fluids and cleanliness.
• Complete delivery records accurately.
• Uphold professionalism when interacting with coworkers and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading maps/directions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklift.
• Monday through Friday schedule with some Saturday shifts.

Work Environment: Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.

Successful completion of pre-employment screens is required and must be 18 years of age to operate forklift.
