Job summary

Lowney's Landscaping Center is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to safely transport landscaping materials and equipment to residential and commercial clients in the Wisconsin area. You'll load, secure, and deliver items, maintain delivery records, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to lift heavy objects, knowledge of local roads, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience delivering materials or similar preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver landscaping materials.
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain delivery records and complete paperwork.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when not delivering.

What You'll Be Doing As a Local Delivery Driver

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver landscaping materials and equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites as well as the transportation of equipment to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties when not on deliveries

What you'll bring to the table as a Local Delivery Driver

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
