U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CDL) to support local delivery of storage containers. The role emphasizes safe operation of flatbed trucks and forklifts, customer service, and adherence to CDL requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department of Transportation certification.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must be 18 or older.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
