Job summary

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Memphis, TN to provide school-based evaluations and therapy under IEP goals. This 13-week contract runs August 2026 through May 2027, with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active TN SLP license (or in progress), CFY-SLPs welcome, and strong collaboration with school staff to support student progress.

Position Summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking school-based Clinical Fellowship Year Speech Language Pathologists (CFY-SLPs) and licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This position involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students within school settings. Clinical supervision and ongoing training are provided for eligible candidates. Interviews are scheduled to begin after spring break for positions starting in August 2026.

Responsibilities

Key Duties

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress
