Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking in-person and virtual licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This role involves evaluating and treating students under IEP goals in school settings, with supervision and ongoing training provided.

The position is full-time during the school calendar, August 2026 through May 2027, with a standard 40-hour workweek, and the selected candidate must hold a Master’s in SLP and appropriate Tennessee licenses.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Tennessee Department of Education License required.
• Tennessee Department of Health Board License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students.
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically.
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress.
