Job summary

Continuum Medical Staffing is seeking a Nocturnist Neurosurgery Physician Assistant for a local contract in North Carolina. The role is 84 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, starting 02/23/2026 for about 10 weeks, in a Level 1 Trauma Center with a team of neurosurgeons and APPs.

Inpatient only, with 7p-7a coverage for 7 on/7 off. Requires 2+ years of nocturnist neurosurgery experience, BLS/ACLS, and an active NC PA license. Malpractice, lodging, and travel are provided.

Qualifications

• Active NC PA license.
• 2+ years of nocturnist neurosurgery experience.
• BLS and ACLS required per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and discharges, consultations, and OR first assist if desired.
• Night-shift inpatient coverage in a Level 1 Trauma Center with 24/7 support.
