Business Integra Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Description: PM - 12hr, 36hr Nights, E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday. Required Experience: Minimum 1-year IMCU experience plus 2+ years recent MedSurg and telemetry experience, neuro care, MIs, trachs are required. Must be able to care for patients with complex medical needs, auto med dispensing, and independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips. Telemetry test on day 1. Preferred experience: critical care. The unit sees a mix of IMCU, neurology, and MedSurg patients, including high-volume neuro, medicine, and cardiology cases, chronic vents, trachs, and high acuity heart failure. The unit has 27 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:3 (IMCU), 1:4 or 1:4-5 if MedSurg patients.
