Business Integra Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a local contract nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 06/09/2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating
• Employment Type: Local Contract

ACU RN - (12-Hour Shifts)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift Details: Must be flexible to work any of the following 12-hour shifts:

• Days: 5:30a–6p, 6a–6:30p, 7a–7:30p, 8a–8:30p
• Nights: 6p–6:30a
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• No on-call
• May float to Moakley PACU if needed

Required Experience:

• 2+ years PACU Phase 1 Recovery experience
• Must handle large, complex cases: Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, Ortho Spine
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong telemetry skills: Must independently read/interpret rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
• Telemetry test on Day 1 – must score 84% or higher

Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

Preferred:

• TNCC

Case Types:

• Trauma, Pediatrics, Ortho, General, Cardiac Cath
• Interventional Radiology (IR), Neuro (IR), Electrophysiology (EP)
• Average 30–60 cases per day
• Unit operates 24/7

Must have pediatric experience
