Job summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a local contract nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Start date is 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of nursing with at least 2 years of acute care experience and 1 year in PACU, and hold current licensure with CPR-BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of nursing.
• Must have 2 years of Acute Care nursing experience with a minimum one year current in the PACU.
• Must be currently licensed/certified or registered to practice as required by law, regulations, or policy; CPR-BLS per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU nursing care and patient monitoring.
• Coordinate post-anesthesia recovery and handoff to downstream care teams.

Minimum education

• Graduate of an accredited School of nursing

Minimum Experience

• Must have 2 years of Acute Care nursing experience with a minimum one year current in the PACU

Required Certification/Licensure

• - Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported
• - American Heart Association - CPR-Basic Life Support
• - Other credentialing items, such as a skills checklist and health related documents, which will be specified by your Recruiter.
