Job Function:

• Night Shift.
• 5x8: 7pm - 7am.

• Prepare, administer (orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously), and accurately record prescribed medications.

• Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with nursing policies.

• Educate patients about surgical procedures and address their questions or concerns.

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs accurately.

• Monitor, adjust, and maintain specialized patient equipment, interpreting and documenting electronic displays as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of New York.

• 1 year of acute Med/Surg RN experience required.

• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required.
