Job Responsibilities

• Night Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am.
• Prepares, administers (oral, subcutaneous, IV), and documents prescribed medications.
• Reports adverse reactions following nursing policies.
• Educates patients on surgical procedures and records medical info and vital signs.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized patient equipment, interpreting and documenting electronic data.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license for the state of New York.
• 2 years of acute Med/Surg RN experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• EPIC experience highly preferred.
