Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Travel or Contract
Shift: 12-hour nights, 36 hours/week
Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
Location: Boston ,MA.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in labor & delivery and operating room circulation. Candidates must demonstrate strong telemetry interpretation skills and experience with high-risk obstetrics. EPIC experience is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
  • Operating Room (OR) circulator experience
  • High-risk OB experience preferred
  • CNM-only experience will not be considered
• Telemetry:
  • Must independently read and interpret rhythm strips
  • Must pass telemetry test on Day 1 with 85% or higher
• EMR:
  • EPIC experience required

Certifications (Must be current and valid throughout the assignment):

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – All lessons must be completed
• Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Course (AWHONN preferred)

Preferred:

• Dysrhythmia/Telemetry Interpretation Course

Department Overview:

• 9 Labor rooms
• 2 Operating and Recovery Rooms
• 5 Triage rooms
• ~3,000 deliveries annually
