Job Title: Registered Nurse – MICU (Nights, 12-Hour Shifts)
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week)

Unit Information:

• Department: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
• Bed Count: 10 beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Common Patient Cases:
  • Respiratory failure
  • Renal disease
  • Alcohol (ETOH) withdrawal
  • Sepsis
  • Respiratory and cardiac arrest
  • GI bleeding

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent MICU/ICU experience
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
  • Telemetry test conducted on Day 1

Preferred Skills:

• Radial artery sticks
• CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
• CCRN certification
• Strong IV insertion and blood draw skills

Licenses & Certifications:
