Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or a Compact License (required)
  • Experience in home health or pediatric care preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation for travel between patient homes
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, individualized care based on physician-directed plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies with clinical accuracy and compassion
  • Complete detailed documentation of all nursing actions, patient responses, and coordination of care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, home care procedures, and health promotion
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Comfortable managing 1:1 caseloads in patient homes
  • Able to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
  • Availability to serve within the following counties:
    Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
