Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Options

• 5x8-Hour Days (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Compensation Package

Total Weekly Gross: $3,086.00

• Taxable (W-2): $1,840.00/week ($46.00/hr)
• Stipends (Housing + Meals Non-Taxable): $1,246.00/week ($31.15/hr)
• OT Rate: $69.00/hr (W-2 only)
  
  

Unit Overview

The Invasive Cardiology Department includes:

• 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs
• 3 dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Labs
• 2 shared Cath/EP Labs
• 29 prep/recovery bays
• Over 6,000 advanced cardiovascular procedures annually
  
  

Common Procedures

• Electrophysiology: Complex atrial/ventricular ablations, cardioversion, pacemaker/ICD implantation/explantation, LAA closure
• Cardiac Cath: PCI, diagnostic/interventional catheterizations, TAVR, mitral valve clipping, VAD/ECMO, ASD/PFO closure, pulmonary embolization, pulmonary artery pressure sensor implantation
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum Experience: 2 years in EP Lab and/or Cardiac Cath Lab
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA)
• EMR: Epic (required)
• Key Procedures Experience:
• Cardiac ablations
• Pacemaker insertion/removal
• Cardioversion
• ASD closures
• VAD, TAVR, ECMO support
• Specialty Equipment Experience: Preferred but not required (mitral valve clipping, pulmonary angiography/embolectomy)
  

Additional Details

• Pre-Screening: Clinical pre-screen required; manager interview follows.
• RTO Limit: Maximum 7 days during contract
• Floating: May be required within scope
• Patient Population: Adults; may include COVID-positive patients
• Work Environment: Fragrance-free and tobacco-free
• Licensure: Must hold active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
