Full Time - Dialysis Nurse Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Manager to provide and oversee acute dialysis care across multiple hospital settings. This role requires a strong clinical background, independence, and the ability to coordinate effectively with physicians and facility staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer acute hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments in hospital settings
• Communicate with nephrologists before and after each treatment
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Manage dialysis equipment setup, usage, and safety procedures
• Respond to on-call assignments and emergency dialysis cases within required timeframes
• Coordinate scheduling and support staff as needed
• Participate in training, quality initiatives, and department meetings

Requirements :

• Active RN license in California
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 3 months dialysis experience (acute / critical care preferred)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including on-call shifts
