Select Source International is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Southfield, Michigan.

13 week contract length REQUIRED: Associates degree in Applied Science, BLS certification through AHA, Experience with GE scanners, EITHER ARMRIT certification and a minimum of 2 years MRI Tech experience OR ARRT certification and a minimum of 1 year MRI Tech experience. Call is required: Mostly weekends (schedule of one weekend every sixth weekend) potential for some afterhours weekday need but not likely. The department is high volume and fully established. Patient population will be a mix of inpatient and outpatient performing all basic scans. Advanced scans will be handled by other specialized teams. The hospital is a teaching hospital so there will be graduate students in the department daily. The goal is to have the students follow direct hire employees, but this is not always possible so your worker may have students observing. The unit does not anticipate needing to make use of the shift cancellation policy.
