TeamCraft Roofing is seeking a local commercial/industrial roofing crew member for repairs and re-roofs in the area, offering the benefit of working near home. We are a growing company that promotes from within and provides competitive pay and benefits.

We value safety, teamwork, and quality. The role requires dependable attendance, the ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills; a valid driver’s license is a plus. Full-time positions include medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Consistent and dependable attendance required.
• Ability to follow through with instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written; valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• General cleanup, sweeping, and removal of debris from the project.
• Clean up the work area and equipment as needed throughout the project.
• Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials.
• Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
• Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for new materials.
• Remove old roofing materials.
• Clear drains and downspouts; clean gutters.
• Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists for taking supplies to roofs.
• Provide assistance to skilled roofers installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
