Safety-Kleen in Morrow, GA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train on driving a Class B box truck, provide onsite service for parts washers, and sell products and services along a defined route.

The role involves visiting 10–12 customer sites daily, exchanging 15- and 30-gallon drums, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and developing growth opportunities at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner.
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements.
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
• May visit 10-12 customer sites per day

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class B CDL
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Perform physical functions per job requirements
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
• Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
