Job summary

Central Transport LLC is seeking CDL Class B drivers for Hillside, IL. Local home daily routes involve picking up and delivering freight at multiple stops in a straight truck while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery and unloading trailers at the end of routes. Company offers health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA contributions, company-paid life insurance, and paid holidays and vacations.

Qualifications

• Class B Commercial Driver’s License is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be 21 years old.
• 3 months previous Class B driving experience.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight on time and damage-free to multiple stops on local routes.
• Unload the trailer at the end of the daily route.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.

Job Overview

As we continue to expand our network, we are seeking quality CDL Class B drivers to fill home daily openings at our Hillside, IL terminal.

Local Pick Up & Delivery routes consist of picking up and delivering freight at multiple stops while driving a Straight Truck throughout the day and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for ensuring that our customers' freight is delivered on time and damage free.

Our drivers also unload their trailer upon completion of their daily route.
