Kirchner Building Centers is seeking a reliable Class B CDL Driver for building materials and lumberyard operations in Aviston, IL. The role offers local routes, home daily, and a competitive hourly wage from $25 to $30 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL endorsement (Class B required).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Keep trucks and forklift clean and in working order.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Report necessary repairs to supervisor for scheduling.
• Check delivery products for accuracy and secure loads.
• Communicate with customers about deliveries and obtain signatures.
• Unload materials using Boom Truck or Moffett Forklift.
• Assist customers in yard in a professional manner.
• Maintain safety and health standards per OSHA and Kirchner Building Centers.
• Operate yard forklift responsibly.
• Maintain proper delivery and inventory paperwork.
• Unloading/putting away materials from vendors and trucks.
