Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking Class B P&D drivers for local daytime work. Starting pay is $28.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement.
• Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload freight between Service Centers and customers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer.
• Document freight control processes accurately.
• Read and follow maps, shipping papers and hazardous materials markings.
