Job Description: Local Delivery Driver at Mohawk Industries

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Delivery Driver to transport Mohawk products to flooring retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers, and job sites. Join a Fortune 500 company with a history of stability and employee retention.

Work Schedule:

1. Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
2. Saturday shift, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, alternating weeks (average once every 6 weeks)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb onto a 48" deck
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Unload shipping containers using a Cascade forklift attachment
• Move slab bundles around the warehouse

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected base pay rate is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, determined individually at hiring. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, 401(k) with company match, and other incentives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 23 years old
• Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience
• Good interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Ability to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
