Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Class A Driver for local routes with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service. Pay is $32.00 per hour with a 12 AM – 10 AM schedule and frequent home daily time on many routes.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT medical certification, and a proven safe driving record. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain paperwork, and ensure timely delivery to customers in the local area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate required as applicable.
• Valid CDL with a safe driving record; knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate local Class A routes with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer service.
• Deliver exceptional service on a daily basis.
• Complete required documentation and logs accurately.
• Adhere to DOT regulations including Hours of Service and safety procedures.
