What You’ll Earn & Company Perks
Gross Weekly Pay: Drivers average $1,300 – $1,700 per week.
Base Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour.
Stop Incentives: +$12.50 per stop (works out to ~$24.50 per load with an average of 2 stops per load).

The Route, Schedule & Daily Routine
Home Time: 100% Home Daily‑reset at home after every shift.
Hours: Expect a full 55 to 70 hours a week (about 10 to 12 hours a shift).
Work Schedules: Choose between Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday options (weekend work is standard).
Shift Availability: Day and Night slots are both open.
Operating Radius: Local container transport within a 150‑mile radius (frequent loops into Grantsville, Ogden, and Bear River City).
Freight Handling: 100% No‑Touch Freight. Standard mix of drop‑and‑hook, preloads, and live loads/unloads.
Holidays: Working holidays is completely optional on this fleet.
What to Expect on the Yard
Equipment: Slip‑seat setup in a clean daycab shared with a driver on the opposite shift. Containers are mounted directly onto bare chassis at the ramp.
Ramp Operations: Expect occasional 30 to 60‑minute wait times for "flips" at the ramp when mounting containers onto DOT‑legal chassis.
Basic Requirements to Join
Location: Must live within 25 miles of Salt Lake City, UT (84104).
Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (experienced solo drivers only; no trainees or team operations).
Licensing: Valid CDL‑A and active DOT Medical Card (Hazmat is preferred, but not required).
Status: Company drivers only (no owner‑operators).
Safety: Solid driving record, good work history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
