Job summary

IMS is seeking a Driver Class A in San Jose, CA. You will handle local routes, aiming to be home each night with weekends off, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. The role rewards experienced truck drivers with comprehensive benefits and solid equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 6 months of experience as a truck driver.
• Valid Class A License.
• Manual driving experience.
• Hands-on experience with GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.
• Strong knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Route deliveries with regular shifts, home nightly.
• Ensure driver safety and customer service with well maintained equipment.
• Represent the company in a positive, customer-friendly manner.
• Communicate clearly and concisely.
• Maintain quality control and organize workload for flatbeds.
