Job summary

Medline Industries, LP’s MedTrans operates a private fleet delivering medical products across the US. Drivers operate Class A vehicles to home and business deliveries, ensuring timely, safe service and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL; Licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing questions and providing documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatching team regarding adjustments to route or schedule for customer needs and safety.
• Maintain travel and cargo log per Federal/State regulations and company policy.
• Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and fuel levels.
