Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, and its MedTrans private fleet, is seeking a Class A Driver to transport medical products to local customers. This role involves loading, operating a Class A tractor-trailer, and ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

You will work on a local route with home daily opportunities, enjoy newer equipment, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL licensed to operate the vehicle.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing questions and providing documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatching team regarding route/schedule adjustments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log per Federal/State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safety and sufficient fuel.
