Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking Class A drivers in Helena, MT. This route delivery role involves operating company vehicles to move freight safely and on time.

Overnight shifts (3 nights weekly) with sleeper cab work, Monday–Friday schedule, local/home daily routes and consistent miles are offered. Ideal candidates possess a valid CDL A, at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them, and the ability to complete pre-employment

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them (renewals reimbursable).
• Successful completion of pre-employment skills assessment.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to safely enter/exit cab and handle freight manually or with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations and terminals as instructed.
• Ensure shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and accompanies shipment.
• Load/unload freight weighing up to 2,500 pounds with/without mechanical assistance.
• Complete all required government and company paperwork.
