Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking CDL-A drivers to haul dedicated freight to store locations across NC, VA, PA, and WV. The position offers a starting income up to $70,000–$95,000+ annually, with weekly averages from $1,400 to $1,800+ gross and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Home daily with a consistent 48-hour weekly reset and 1,600–1,700 average weekly miles. Drive newer model day cabs; 100% no-touch freight with a mileage-based pay structure and stop pay.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL with 3 months solo experience.
• Comfort with 11-14 hour shifts.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated freight to store locations across NC, VA, PA, and WV.
• Operate 11- to 14-hour shifts and maintain on-time performance.
• Maintain safety standards and communicate any delays or issues.
• Live within routing constraints and manage required paperwork.

Financial Package:

• Income Range:$70,000 - $95,000+ Annually
• Weekly Avg:$1,400 - $1,800+ gross
• Sign-On Bonus:$2,500
• Safety Net Pay:Routes pay whichever is greater between standard mileage or Minimum Mileage Band Pay.
• Extra Pay:$20 per stop.

Job Run Details:
