You need at least 3 months of solo driving, be able to work overnights and weekends, and unload with a pallet jack (training provided). Benefits include a $2,500 sign-on bonus and an average weekly gross of about $1,450.

• Activity-Based Pay:Earn an extra $55 per full trailer unload + $20 per stop (including the first).
• Experience-Based CPM:0–12 mos: $0.53 | 12–36 mos: $0.55 | 37–60 mos: $0.56 | 61+ mos: $0.58
