Job summary

Spartan Logistics in Delaware, OH is hiring a Class-A CDL Shuttle Driver for the second shift, Monday–Friday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This role covers local routes from our warehouse to customer facilities, performing drop-and-hook operations and staying compliant with DOT requirements.

You’ll be home daily and join a family-owned company that values its team. We offer competitive weekly pay starting at $28/hour based on experience, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage,

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean CSA record with no major violations in 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Professional demeanor and respect for vehicles and customers.
• Ability to learn and operate ELD tablets.
• Willingness to stay until the job is done with a positive attitude.
• Steel-toed boots or equivalent safety shoes required.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete local shuttle routes between warehouse and customer facilities.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations with precision.
• Uphold safety and professionalism while representing Spartan Logistics.
• Remain compliant with all DOT requirements.
