Job summary

The McPherson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Delivery Agent to ensure uninterrupted product supply and safe, compliant deliveries.

You will load/unload fuel, operate trucks, and maintain logs per DOT regulations while coordinating with dispatch to meet delivery deadlines. Ideal candidates have a Class A license with Tanker and HazMat endorsements, 3+ years of fuel hauling experience, and a current Medical Examiner’s certificate.

Qualifications

• Class A license with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Minimum of 3 years fuel hauling experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and to understand traffic signs.
• Possession of a current Medical Examiner’s certificate.
• Ability to successfully complete forklift certification test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and on time following warehouse and DOT procedures.
• Load and unload diesel and gasoline products per policy and regulations.
• Drive vehicles to designated locations and communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain log books per state/federal regulations.
• Perform roadside assistance and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
