Job summary

The McPherson Companies, Inc. seeks a Fuel Delivery Agent to ensure a continuous fuel supply for customers through safe, timely deliveries and strict DOT compliance. This role emphasizes accurate loading, unloading, vehicle logs, and adherence to company safety standards.

You will drive to various locations, coordinate with Dispatch, and maintain vehicle readiness while supporting a safe, professional delivery workflow in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Class A license with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Minimum of 3 years fuel hauling experience preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of the local delivery area.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read and understand reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products in a safe, timely manner and in compliance with DOT.
• Load and unload diesel fuel and gasoline per policy.
• Drive vehicles to designated locations and follow delivery tickets.
• Maintain DOT-compliant logs and vehicle/delivery records.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure uninterruptible supply.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and safety practices.
