Job summary

Goldens’ Foundry & Machine Co. is looking for a qualified Class A CDL Driver to join their team in North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering cast iron products primarily within Columbus, GA, ensuring you're home every night. The position may require participation in an on-call rotation for emergency deliveries during off-hours.

The ideal candidate must possess a current Class A CDL Driver's License and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE. Exceptional customer service skills and punctual attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Class A CDL Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane.
• Provides exceptional customer service during interactions.
• Prepares and maintains records according to regulations.
• Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Operates truck following established safety procedures.
• Maintains compliance with all DOT requirements.
• Participates in on-call rotation for emergency deliveries.
• Performs yard and plant maintenance or dock work.
