Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Missouri is hiring a Class A CDL driver for local routes that keep you home daily. You will operate a tractor-trailer on local routes, deliver to restaurant customers, and join a 24/7 operation with nights and weekends.

This role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $38.70 on weekdays and $39.95 on weekends, weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days, including health/dental/vision and a 401(k). Union Teamsters Local 710.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs. and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Must read and speak English as required by DOT regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes with no layovers.
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers.
• Load/unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks (touch freight).
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and store personnel.
• Handle return loads and ensure compliance.
