Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a GSF subsidiary, is seeking a local CDL driver to deliver food products to restaurant customers from multiple distribution centers. You will operate a tractor-trailer, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain DOT logs, while coordinating with dispatch and store teams.

The role requires a Class B license, 2+ years of box truck experience, and the ability to lift up to 75+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Driver with current DOT medical card and 2+ years of box truck driving experience.
• Ability to lift 5 -75+ lbs., work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers).
• Strong customer service and clear communication with dispatch and store teams.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
• Reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers.
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers.
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs, submitting accurate paperwork.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members.
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are compliant.
