Job summary

PSC Group is hiring Local Class A CDL Drivers for immediate openings, offering home-daily schedules with short-haul routes and company-owned equipment. Benefit-rich program emphasizes safety culture, training, and internal growth within a company committed to sustainability in the plastics sector.

The team operates with a strong safety program, regular inspections, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure efficient load and offload at plants and customer locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Valid Class A CDL Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years recorded experience.
• Tanker endorsement is required
• Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Hair Follicle drug screen
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate shunting/tank trailers and box trailers to load/offload areas around the plant and customers' warehouse location.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and log hours in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Manage equipment, tools, and paperwork required and drive the equipment to needed areas.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Unit Still Person to manage work activities and job scope.
• Complete minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform JSA's and permitting with the crew and assess safety conditions and hazards.
• Complete any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
