Titus Transport in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking professional Class A CDL drivers to haul refrigerated grocery freight from our distribution center to stores across the Nashville area.

The role is full-time with a home-daily schedule (5 days on, 2 off) and night/weekend work. Drivers earn an average weekly gross around $2,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.

We offer well-maintained equipment, safety-focused operations, and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, service, and job stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Mt. Juliet, TN to stores throughout the surrounding area.
• Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store.
• Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained.
