Job summary

Titus Transport is hiring Local Class A CDL drivers in Mt. Juliet, TN, to shuttle refrigerated grocery freight from our distribution center to stores in the Nashville area. You’ll work a home daily schedule with a 5-days-on, 2-days-off pattern, including nights and weekends.

Average weekly pay is around $2,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 90 days. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, SLT disability, 401k, and PTO Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must have 24 months of recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Refrigerated and dry van freight experience preferred.
• Clean MVR/PSP/Background.
• Commitment to safety, service, and job stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the Mt. Juliet distribution center to stores in the surrounding area.
• Unload with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load.
• Provide excellent customer service and a professional store interaction.
• Comply with safety regulations and DOT guidelines; perform pre-trip inspections.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Mt. Juliet, TN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained
