Herman N Logistics is seeking local CDL-A drivers to transport concrete, fiber, and siding to customer sites across Washington and Oregon, with daily home time and steady earnings.

Earn an average of $77,740 per year plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Mileage pay, stop pay, and daily training pay. Home daily, Mon–Fri, start 3–5 AM, 12–14 hour shifts, weekends optional, some Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Able to work weekends.

Aufgaben

• Deliver concrete, fiber, and siding on curtain-side trailers.
• Pick up raw materials in Halsey, Oregon, 2–3 times per week.
• Deliver to local lumber yards on other workdays.
• Secure loads with straps and tarps as needed.
• Live unloading at customer locations.
• Trucks must remain at the account during time off.

Pay

• Average annual earnings: $77,740


• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for a limited time


• Mileage pay: $0.49–$0.53 per mile


• Stop pay: $40 per stop


• Additional outsourced work: $300–$350 per day


• Paid training: $200 per day


• Holiday pay: $200 per day

Schedule and Home Time

• Home daily


• Monday–Friday schedule


• Start times between 3 AM and 5 AM


• Shifts typically last 12–14 hours


• Occasional Saturdays based on customer demand


• Optional sixth day for additional earnings


• All six major holidays off, with the option to work if desired

Job Details

• Deliver concrete, fiber, and siding on curtain-side trailers


• Pick up raw materials in Halsey, Oregon, 2–3 times per week


• Deliver to local lumber yards on other workdays

• Training provided on curtain-side and flatbed trailers


• Automatic day-cab trucks with assigned equipment


• Trucks must remain at the account during time off


• Drivers may be asked to help other accounts as needed
