Titus Transport is seeking professional Class A CDL drivers to join our Mt. Juliet area team. You will transport refrigerated grocery freight to stores around Nashville with a home-daily schedule and competitive pay. Expect 5-on/2-off shifts, some weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 90 days and average weekly pay around $2,000, with opportunities for additional loads and advanced driver recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Experience with refrigerated grocery freight preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight to stores in the Nashville area.
• Unload loads using an electric pallet jack; typically 3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain professional customer service and safe driving practices.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is maintained.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Mt. Juliet, TN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained

What You Bring:

24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience

Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred

Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
