Job summary

Titus Transport is seeking professional Class A CDL drivers to join our team in La Vergne, TN, with a home daily schedule and premium pay. You will transport refrigerated grocery freight from our distribution center to stores throughout the Nashville area.

We offer a stable weekly pay of about $2,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days. You’ll work a 5-on, 2-off schedule with nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience highly preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, service, and job stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores in the surrounding area.
• Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack and handle multiple stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service with a positive, professional store visit.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is well maintained.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in Mt. Juliet, TN to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained
