We're hiring a safety-minded Class A driver responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and retrieval of heavy equipment to and from customer locations.

About the Role:

This position requires excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of safety regulations, and the ability to operate and secure various types of heavy equipment. The CDL Driver will transport heavy equipment to and from customer locations, job sites, and company facilities.

Business Operating Hours/Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation:

Competitive wages based on experience!

Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Pickup of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Drive commercial vehicles, including flatbeds, lowboys, etc.
• Securely load, transport, and unload heavy equipment, using proper techniques.
• Coordinate with dispatch for accurate deliveries.
• Provide professional customer service and assistance with equipment operation.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow DOT regulations, safety policies, and traffic laws.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Properly secure equipment during transit.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain and service vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.

Documentation:

• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Keep records of mileage, fuel, and deliveries.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class A required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Skills & Abilities:

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong work ethic and safety commitment.
