Drivers will pull freight from the Perryville DC, make regional deliveries to PA/NJ/Staten Island, NY, and return. Night shifts start around 6 PM to 1 AM, with a 24/7 operation and safety requirements including DOT screening.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Physically able to lift/pull up to 75 lbs during pallet jack deliveries.
• Must live within 45 miles of Perryville, MD; DOT drug screen and background check.
• Must pass a standard DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Pull freight from the Perryville, MD distribution center and execute dedicated regional routes into PA, NJ, and NY Staten Island, then return to the DC.
• Unloading duties include 10–20 stops per week; operate pallet jacks to load/unload trailers.
• Fleet operates 24/7 with dispatch windows 6:00 PM–1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities & Fleet Details

• The Route: Pull freight directly from the Perryville, MD distribution center, executing dedicated regional loops into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Staten Island, NY, before returning back to the DC.
• Active Unloading (Touch Freight): This is a multi-stop delivery fleet averaging 10 to 20 stops per week. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers utilizing company-provided pallet jacks.
• Night Operations: The fleet operates 24/7. Available dispatch windows start in the evening and early morning hours between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of lifting and pulling up to 75 lbs. routinely to manage pallet jack deliveries.
• Commute: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the yard. Trucks must remain parked at the distribution center and cannot be taken home.
• Must live within 45 miles of Perryville, MD.
• Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
