Schedule: Monday–Friday (overtime as needed, occasional Saturdays)

What You’ll Do:

• Safely load, strap, and transport materials and equipment to customers and vendors
• Conduct thorough DOT/FMSCA-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections
• Deliver orders on time and according to dispatch instructions
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional representative of Barnsco
• Accurately use company technology, including mobile apps (Whip-Around, BisTrack) for inspections and delivery documentation
• Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch throughout the day
• Support unloading when needed and verify load readiness with customers before departure
• Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and compliant
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong understanding of FMCSA/DOT regulations (strapping, air brakes, hands-free rules, etc.)
• Comfortable using delivery and inspection apps (training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and maneuver equipment safely
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references
